Why New York Should Resign Tim Hill Who Is Reliever Who Is Free Agent

In 2026 regular season as reliever for New York the team that wears the pinstripes Tim Hill finished with record of 5-2 with an earn run average of 4.60 pitched in 67 games while having 2 saves to his name.

Tim Hill is a ground ball pitcher that made the opponent ground into double play 63.3 % of the time in 2026 season Though there was also a downside to Tim Hill in 2026 as he would surrender home runs from time to time. Tim Hill only surrendered 12 home runs on the 2026 season over 58.2 innings pitched. It put Tim Hill near top of leader board while falling just short of maximum.

In spite of Tim Hill surrendering home runs from time to time I think New York the team that wears the pinstripes should resign Tim Hill who is free agent because he can help prevent runs from scoring the opponent from scoring runs with his ground ball rate.
