Braxton Beverly Shines, NC State Rebounds As They Beat Detroit Mercy For Their First Win Of The Season

Braxton Beverly’s light shined bright in North Carolina’s state capital as well as in NC State’s second game of the season against Detroit Mercy where NC State not only rebounded from their loss in their season opener but their Atlantic Coast Conference opener against Georgia Tech.

The junior guard took advantage of the Titans' zone, knocking down 6-of-9 three-pointers to also set a career high in three pointers made in a single game.
