Saturday afternoon was no different as Duke who is ranked 6th in the week 9 AP Top 25 Poll was trailing SMU 10-0 in the first half in Durham who opened the game shooting 83 % on field goals 67 % on 3 pointers.
Although, Duke was trailing SMU who is ranked 24th in week 9 AP Top 25 Poll 10-0 in first half Saturday afternoon Duke came back to win 82-75 as Cameron Boozer, Cayden Boozer, Isaiah Evans, Patrick Ngongba II scored 18, 12, 21, 17 points.
Cameron Boozer who is a freshman forward the son of former Duke forward Carlos Boozer scored 18 points he was 5-9 on field goals , 2-4 on 3 pointers , 6-7 on 3 pointers to go along with 7 rebounds, 4 assists. As Cayden Boozer who is also son of Carlos Boozer twin brother of Cameron Boozer who is a freshman guard scored 12 points he was 4-7 on field goals , 2-3 on 3 pointers , 2-2 on free throws to go along with 2 rebounds, 4 assists. Isaiah Evans who is a sophomore a guard was 5-11 on field goals , 4-8 on 3 pointers , 7-8 on free throws to go along 2 rebounds, 1 assists , 21 points. Patrick Ngongba II who is a sophomore a center was 6-10 on field goals , 0-2 on 3 pointers , 5-6 on free throws to go along with 17 points.
As a team Duke shot 25-51 for 49 % on field goals were 11-26 on 3 pointers for 42 %.
