NC State is now going to prepare play SMU once during 2025-2026 regular season on Tuesday in Dallas Texas.

Unlike NC State,

SMU lost their previous Atlantic Coast Conference game as they lost to Louisville 88-74 in Louisville Kentucky on Saturday January 31, 2026 where as a team SMU shot 30-62 on field goals for 48 % 8-25 on 3 pointers for 32 % 6-9 on free throws for 67% where four players scored in double figures. Following SMU ‘s 88-74 loss to Louisville in Louisville Kentucky Saturday Head Coach Andy Endfield shared his thoughts by saying we can’t 2 assists, 10 turnovers we can’t do that at home we had 7 assists, 16 turnovers. We did not play team basketball. Louisville is a good team . We can’t turn the basketball over the second half we just didn’t do well. We gave up to points in the paint (42) we did guard them on switches (layups) we can’t give them 8 points fouling. We have to do a better job rebounding.
