In 2025 -2026 regular season Duke’s Achilles heel has been starting out slow offensively against the opposition!
There was no slow start from Duke when they were opposing Boston College Tuesday because they were ahead 13-0 with 15:22 remaining in first half following Patrick Ngongba II making pair of free throws . Boston College didn’t get on the score board until Fred Payne made a layup at 14:59 mark of 1st half.

With the rout of Boston College Duke improved their record to 21-1 overall 10-0 in the Atlantic Coast Conference while continuing to lead the way in Atlantic Coast Conference standings.

Cameron Boozer is a 6’9’’ 250 lbs freshman who is the son of former Duke forward former NBA forward Carolos Boozer! Cameron Boozer is averaging 23.5 points , 9.8 rebounds, 4.1 assists while shooting 58.6 % on field goals.
Caleb Wilson is a 6’10 '‘ lbs 215 lbs freshman from Atlanta Georgia who is averaging 20.0 points, 9.9 rebounds 2.9 assists while shooting 58.9 % on field goals.
