Resilience Pays Off, Daniel Jones Leads Duke To A Win Against North Carolina On Senior Night

It was a chilly November night as the two blue bloods Duke, North Carolina who are  eight miles apart took to the grid iron at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade. Nothing short of an exciting game as North Carolina took a big lead early and Duke continued  to fight to get back in the game. 

North Carolina took a 14-0 lead in the first quarter before Duke tied the game at 21 headed in to the locker room at halftime. On the night quarterback Daniel Jones was 22-34 for 240 yards while also rushing for ninety four yards and sixteen carries as well as running for two touchdowns.  The offense didn't stop there though as both Shawn Wilson and TJ Ramming got in on the action. Shawn Wilson had 107 yards and a touchdown to go along with twenty four carries. T.J Rahming caught eight passes. Duke 4-6 1-5 in the ACC now hits the road for their last two remaining games at Pittsburgh Novemeber 19th for a 3pm tip-off and at Miami November 26th. Will head coach David Cutcliffe and quarterback Daniel Jones be able to get those two wins and make Duke bowl eligible for the fifth straight year under head coach David Cutcliffe?
